Bronsa Coerta - Bed Wool Blanket Codalunga X Bottoli Limited edition
Limited Bed Wool Blanket, conceived by Codalunga and exclusively produced by Bottoli, embodies the extraordinary synergy between two entities deeply rooted in the same territory.
The story of Bottoli, a historic wool mill, began in 1861 in Vittorio Veneto, a region with one of the oldest textile traditions in Europe. With a fully integrated production cycle, Bottoli has stayed true to its mission for over a century: crafting fabrics from natural raw materials that echo the essence of the Serenissima Republic of Venice.
Codalunga, founded in 2005 in Vittorio Veneto, is a section of Nico Vascellari's Studio, devoted to visual and sound experimentation. From its inception, Codalunga has served as a voice for the Veneto region's rich cultural heritage, fostering and amplifying it well beyond national borders. Among its core missions is the enhancement and celebration of local traditions.
SIZE: 155 cm x 220 cm
COLOUR: Natural. Purple details. Orange label.
ORIGIN: Made in Italy. The whole process (dyeing, carding, spinning, weaving, finishing is carried out in Italy). The Bottoli Mill, whose roots date back to 1861, is located in Vittorio Veneto.
COMPOSITION: 100% Pure undyed wool. This fabric comes only in the natural color of the fleece of the sheep. We do not use colouring substances or dyeing, just excellent fibers and the craftsmanship of people who work with wool to create these extraordinary fabrics
SO WARM BUT SO LIGHT: High coefficient of Heat Insulation. Wool has excellent thermal qualities; the material prevents the dispersion of body heat into the environment by reducing air flow.
BUILT TO LAST: Elasticity and Tear Resistance. Thanks to their helical structure, polypeptide chains act as springs. This flexibility increases the textile’s durability. A wool fibre can be folded onto itself up to 20,000 times without breaking, which is 10 times that of silk and more then 6 times that of cotton.
